The World Business Institute (WBI) is a multi-disciplinary
The World Business Institute (WBI) is a multi-disciplinary research, training and publishing institute. Though founded in 2000 as the Business and Computing Institute of Australia, it was reconstituted as the WBI in 2004. The name, ‘World Business Institute’ was registered with the Consumer Affairs Department of the State Government of Victoria, Australia under Business Names Act 1962. It is also the trading name of Business Care of Australia Pty Ltd and its Australian Business Number (ABN) is 62 087 222 400, This organisation lodges annual report to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and annual tax return to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) which are the two prime organisations of the Australian Federal Government. The WBI is connected with the World Academy of Social Sciences (WASS), Australian Research Centre for Accounting, Finance and Economics (ARCAFE) and American Centre for Business Research Inc. and has branch office in Bangladesh. As WBI is going global, it intends to open offices in Dubai, USA , UK, Malaysia and South Africa in near future.
